Help Support the Gretna Community Closet!
We are in need of donations to help us stock the Gretna Community Closet. We’re looking for shelving units and storage to make the space more efficient, and we need laundry soap, hygiene products, and new or gently used shorts and T-shirts for boys and girls of all ages and sizes.

Foundation Board Members

As the Foundation moves into the next chapter as an organization, it is vital for us to create new partnerships and expand our reach.
Do you have local contacts? Do you like talking to people?
We need people with ties to the Gretna community to help us further our mission!
Committee Members

We are also looking for individuals to sit on sub-committees within our Board of Directors. Committees we are looking to fill are: Fundraising, Event Planning, Marketing/PR/Communications, Social Media/Web Design, Finance, Scholarships, Educational Excellence Awards & Alumni Connections.
These committees would meet once a month in conjunction with the Board of Directors meetings. The Foundation is looking to grow exponentially over the next few years and we need committee members ready to hit the ground running.

Are you a college Junior or Senior looking for Real World experience? We would love to talk to you about the non-profit world and how you can get some experience as an intern for the Gretna Public Schools Foundation.
